  The Fargo DTC4500e dual-sided card printer is ideal for high volume print runs where quality and security are most important. Boasting 50% faster print speeds than its predecessor, the Fargo DTC4500e dual-sided printer prints 225 full color dual-sided cards per hour and 150 full color dual-sided cards per hour and 150 dual-sided cards per hour.
  
  Two ribbon options are available to suit varying needs: (1) The EZ ribbon offers the easy-to-use disposable cartridge which is simple to load and replace and (2) The ECO ribbon is more economical and eco-friendly. It is a refill ribbon which is to be placed into a refillable ribbon cartridge, eliminating the need to throw the plastic cartridge away with each ribbon change.

  The Fargo DTC4500e printer produces ID cards using dye-sublimation printing for vivid color and accurate images and thermal transfer printing for sharp black text and readable barcodes. QR codes can be passed through the printer as a complete image and then printed to the card. Plus, the DTC4500e can print on 9 mil to 40 mil thick cards, allowing it to easily accommodate sophisticated access control badges and smart cards.

  The DTC4500e dual-sided printer can easily integrate anywhere you need it with its high speed USB and Ethernet ports. The built-in internal print server allows you to install the DTC4500e dual-sided printer on your existing network (LAN) for remote access printing and high-volume card issuance without having the printer directly connected to your computer.

  The DTC4500e dual-sided printer is designed to migrate from lower to higher security levels, offering built-in printer password protection and optional fluorescing ribbons for Ultra-Violet or UV printing. If higher levels of security are needed, it offers additional field-upgradable options for increased security and printer output.

  For additional security, add lamination to your cards to create tamper-proof, secure cards resistant to forgery. The high-speed dual-sided simultaneous lamination saves valuable time. The Fargo offers custom holographic overlaminates for even more secure cards.
