IDP Smart and Wise Series ID card printers live up to their names with intuitive, LCD and LED status displays, user-friendly maintenance and operation, and flexible configurations designed to accommodate a wide range of use cases. Easily integrated into any application, the Smart-51, Smart-70, and Wise-CXD80 are all available with your choice of single- or dual-sided printing and optional encoding.
A three-year warranty and exchange program set IDP printers apart within the industry. If your printer breaks down during the warranty, IDP will send a replacement printer - no need to deal with shipping a loaner printer back and forth! IDP's Smart Series printers include two-year unlimited printhead replacement and Wise Series printers include lifetime printhead replacement.
The Smart-51 and Smart-70 feature direct-to-card printing technology, while the Wise-CXD80 features advanced retransfer printing technology. Direct-to-card printing is suitable for the vast majority of card printing applications, and retransfer printing provides elite-class image printing with "full bleed" over-the-edge card coverage. - IDP Smart-51: A step above the Smart-50, the Smart-51 boasts even faster print speeds (max. speed of 17 seconds per full-color card), and comes equipped with a new input hopper that holds 200 cards. An optional rear-side stacker that holds 100 cards is also available to support higher volume printing.
- IDP Smart-70: The Smart-70 is IDP's fastest direct-to-card printer. Featuring a fully modular case design for configuring your printer to meet your exact card issuance requirements, this performance-class printer provides exceptional print quality and offers encoding options, optional Ethernet connectivity, and optional dual-sided lamination. Adding additional modules is easy - no IT Technician required.
- IDP Wise-CXD80: A cut above the rest, this top-of-the-line ID card printer offers superior print quality and unmatched durability with reverse transfer printing technology for true edge-to-edge graphics (no white border!). With an environmentally friendly, compact design that includes a water-washable cleaning roller, the Wise-CXD80 offers low-maintenance, high-volume printing.
