Designed for simple integration and user convenience, NXP Mifare Classic 4K Cards allow transactions to be completed in less than 100 ms. This high-speed processing means that the cardholder doesn't need to stop at the card reader for the card to be processed. NXP 4K Mifare cards can even remain in a wallet or a purse during the transaction, even if coins are present, allowing high throughput for applications such as boarding areas, toll booths, and gates. 4K Mifare cards function at a distance of up to 10cm, without the need for a battery and with true anti-collision properties.

NXP 4K Mifare cards feature a printable gloss finish, and are Type A Standard, 13.56 MHz, CR80 size (standard credit card size).

Available in your choice of PVC or composite PVC-PET, NXP 4K Mifare cards can be used in a variety of applications, including public transportation, event ticketing, ID cards, road tolls, and access control.
