The 06196 TEMPbadge Visitor Management System offers an affordable, powerful and easy-to-use system in one complete package. With everything you need to get started, including software, self-expiring badges & a direct-thermal printer, this visitor management system is ideal for entry-level to every day visitor management.

4-Click Badging
The software is extremely easy to use. With four clicks of a mouse you can start a new badge, choose which type of badge you are issuing, select the destination of the visitor, and finally preview & print the badge. You can even type a person's name directly onto the badge preview. Every option is customizable so you can choose the titles & department options available to the badge issuer.

Direct-Thermal Printing
The BP4 printer (included in the system) prints with direct-thermal technology, using heat to print & eliminating the need for ribbons. This will save you both time and money as you grow & maintain your visitor management system.

Self-Expiring Badges
The TEMPbadge Visitor Management System comes with 1,000 self-expiring adhesive badges. The word ‘VOID’ shows up over the course of a day, protecting from badges being used for another visit. No more collecting visitor badges!

Stand-Alone System
The TEMPbadge Visitor Management Software is engineered to be stand-alone, meaning it is not designed to interact with other installations or communicate with a network. Each station has a unique identification number so that, when using multiple stations, the source of every badge can be seen at a glance.

Easy Reporting
The TEMPbadge Visitor Management Software allows you to pull records from your system into easy to digest reports. You choose the start & end date of the report, and then decide whether you want the report to be on the total number of visitors, number of people by pass type or number of visitors to a specific destination.
