Create a VIP experience for your visitors by adding a KIOSK client to your CardExchange Visitor Business software network. With the self-service KIOSK Client, registered visitors can check themselves in and out, and new visitors can skip the line and self-register.
With the KIOSK client license, you can customize your home screen to display your logo, configure check-in menus, and include an instructional video greeting for visitors. You can also display non-disclosure agreements or site policy documents for visitors to read and sign on-screen, and request any required visitor information. After visitors have completed self-registration or check-in, they can print a badge - effectively reducing lobby congestion.
Adding a KIOSK client to your CardExchange software program will not affect your current settings. The master license holder maintains total administrative control over the additional client; the additional license simply unlocks the same functions and features active within your existing software for your self-service kiosk (or touchscreen computer/device).
Please note that the KIOSK Client license cannot be used on its own. It requires a Business Master license in a networked environment.
