Efficient registration with pre-registration abilities
With CardExchange Visitor Business, you can quickly verify visitor identity, authorize access, issue badges, and track visitor traffic of individual visitors and visitor groups. The software even includes a pre-registration feature that lets you register visitors for events in advance. Registration details for pre-registered visitors are forwarded to the designated host of the event for approval, and a check-in barcode is emailed to the visitor to ensure a quick check-in on the date of the event.
Returning visitor lookup and ID scan features
Rather than creating a new registration on multiple occasions for the same visitor, you can save time by using the returning visitor lookup feature. CardExchange Visitor also offers an ID scan feature that allows you to auto-populate visitor records by scanning a visitor-supplied identification document, such as a state-issued ID or driver's license.
Preloaded templates and tools for creating custom badges
The software includes preloaded visitor badge templates for you to choose from, or you can design your own badges from scratch using CardExchange Visitor's powerful graphic tools. Make professional-grade visitor badges by specifying fonts, uploading and editing images, and adding graphical enhancements, 1D or 2D barcodes, and/or mag stripe encoding properties. Configure and change your badge layout in real time using the WYSIWYG editor until it looks exactly the way you want it to print - and voila!
Advanced visitor and event management features
CardExchange Visitor Business gives you centralized control over all visitor and events operations at your location. You can auto-checkout visitors, batch check-in and check-out whole groups, register visitors' vehicles, and categorize events and visitors by type. Edit hosts and invitees for multiple events, and set expiration dates and times for visitor badges to ensure that no one overstays their welcome. The software features SMTP integration for emailing visitor reports, check-in notifications, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Plus, you can assign a fixed unique ID, such as a barcode or MIFARE UID, to a frequent visitor. This feature allows the guest to be automatically checked-in or check-out. Easily assign each visitor a UID by scanning or reading from an existing card, randomly generated, or linked to an existing ID number in a selected database field.
Visitor blacklist feature and one-click evacuation reports
With CardExchange Visitor Business Edition, you can keep a company blacklist or use a third party watch-list to screen visitors at check-in. For optimal database security, create user groups, set user permissions, and block or restrict database access for select users if necessary. You can pull, review, email, and print extensive visitor reports and event logs, and the software includes a one-click evacuation report feature for efficient evacuations in the case of an emergency.
Multi-device support for capturing biometric data, photos & signatures
The Business Edition supports devices for biometric record lookup and display, signature capture devices, ID scanners, Windows printers, Canon cameras and DirectShow webcams. The software offers TWAIN image acquisition, automatic face recognition capabilities, and features image editor tools for standardizing ID photos.
Add a KIOSK client to reduce visitor backlog
Streamline visitor flow by adding the self-service CardExchange Visitor KIOSK Client to your Business Edition. You can personalize the kiosk start screen with your company logo and a welcome message, display non-disclosure and site policy documents, feature an instructional video, and custom configure step-by-step menus. Using the KIOSK Client, visitors can register as a new visitor - or check in using an administrator-issued preregistration barcode - and print a visitor badge.
