ID Zone Logistic Facilities and Technical Support Services to Continue Operations as Providers of ‘Essential Services’
Posted on March 24th, 2020
ID Zone plays an essential role in providing identity, access control, and security solutions to our nation’s federal, state and local governments, healthcare facilities, EMS, and energy, industrial and financial services sectors. While some states are enacting ‘stay at home’ orders; in order to provide support to these essential services, our warehouses and support centers across the country will remain open and operational.
State governments are enacting ‘stay at home’ orders to curb the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. Under these orders, residents of the state must ‘remain in their homes’ and only essential businesses may remain open to provide critical services to 16 specific critical infrastructure sectors. These critical infrastructure sectors -- as defined by the Department of Homeland Security -- include healthcare, emergency services, government facilities, critical manufacturing, and information technology.
We currently have large stocks of finished goods and are closely coordinating with our supply chain partners to ensure prompt service. This will enable us to continue to serve our valued customers as we all work together to support these critical industries in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. We continue to implement strict precautionary measures in all our logistic centers, in accordance with government and public health requirements, to reduce risk for colleagues who are performing their duties.
If you have questions, please contact your account manager or contact us at (800) 910-5987.
We value your business and will continue to do everything we can to provide the best possible service to all our customers during these exceptionally challenging times.
Sincerely,
Jeff Bill, EVP & GM
