Color CR8020 HiCo Cards Details

Measuring 3.375'' x 2.125'' (the same size as a credit card), CR80 PVC cards are the standard, most commonly used plastic card size. At 20 mil thick, these color PVC cards are slightly thinner than the standard 30 mil card. CR80 20 mil colored PVC ID cards are a great way to classify cardholder groups or add color to monochrome prints. These graphic-quality colored high coercivity mag stripe 20 mil cards are ideal for most card printers.

HiCo mag stripe color cards are designed for use in direct-to-card printers with encoding capabilities. HiCo mag stripe cards require a higher level of magnetic energy to encode and, therefore, are able to store information more securely than low coercivity magnetic stripe cards. This makes information on high coercivity mag stripe cards harder to erase and more resistant to damage from most magnets or magnetic fields. As a result, color high coercivity cards are ideal for applications where the cards will be frquently swiped or need to have a long life, such as access control and/or time and attendance cards. Generally, high coercivity cards have a black magnetic stripe and low coercivity cards have a brown magnetic stripe.

These graphic-quality CR8020 colored hico mag stripe cards are vision inspected for quality and packaged in ten shrink-wrapped packs of 100 for a total of 3,000 cards.
