ID Zone offers the choice of 6 preset designs to choose from for the front of your card. Not finding what you like or need something more customized? Tell us what you'd like for the design on your card and we'll design and print it for you! Our top of the line printers can match the colors you need and print photographic quality images and logos. For cards that need text or a design on the back of your card, choose from the 3 preset options available or choose the option to duplicate the front of your card onto the back.
ID Zone's Internal Service Bureau uses high-quality CR8030 sized cards - the most used size of cards. Measuring 3.375" x 2.125" (the same size as a credit card) these graphic quality PVC cards are ideal for a variety of ID card needs. Each card is visually inspected to ensure that no imperfections exists prior to printing so your orders come the way you need it.
Standard printing leaves a small white border around your card. With the option of high-definition printing, your card will have a full bleed meaning no white border will be shown on your card.

ID Cards on Demand Ordering Process
- Select/enter information in the fields provided in the Options tab:
- Choose a design for the front of your card. For custom designs, you will be contacted by a service representative after your order is placed for details.
- Choose design for back of card.
- Choose printing type. Standard printing will leave a small white border around the card. High definition printing is full bleed and will not leave a white border around the card.
- Choose slot punch and accessory option. Note: if you have your own badge accessory attachment, please select the option to have your card slot punched.
- Enter contact information.
- Need something more custom? More customization options are available such as lamination, holographic security, magnetic stripe and access control encoding. Email questions to: sales@IDZone.com.
- Lead time is 1-5 days.
- A representative will contact you to confirm individual badge information after the order is placed.
