Fast registration and check-in for visitors and groups
CardExchange Visitor Standard allows for even more efficient registration by expanding the software's pre-registration feature to apply to groups as well as individuals. Now, you can register visitors or groups in advance of arrival, issue a registration barcode for the visitor(s) scan at check-in, and automatically forward the registration details to the event host. Avoid making duplicate visitor record entries and save valuable time by using the software's returning visitor lookup feature. You can also register visitor's vehicles!

Auto-populate visitor records by scanning their ID
Using a supported device, you can scan a visitor's driver's license or other identification document to auto-fill their visitor record in your CardExchange Visitor database. Immediate and accurate, the ID scan feature makes registering new visitors as easy as clicking a button.

Design your own visitor badge or save time by selecting from a library of pre-loaded templates within the software. CardExchange Visitor Standard includes a suite of intuitive graphic design tools for editing fonts, images, 1D or 2D barcodes, graphical enhancements, encoding properties and more. A what-you-see-is-what-you-get feature displays your design template within the software exactly as it will look when printed to ensure satisfaction.

Event management features and expiring visitor badges
With CardExchange Visitor Standard Edition, you gain a number of management features not available with the entry-level edition of the software. Set expiration dates and times for visitor badges to make sure no one overextends their stay, customize field labels within the software, create drop down menus, create and manage events, and add/edit/delete hosts and invitees. Each event that you create can have an organizer, multiple hosts, and an unlimited number of invitees.

Watch lists for workplace security and employee safety
You can create an internal company blacklist and/or use third party applications to screen visitors at check-in. If the visitor is on your blacklist or third party watch list, you will be notified during registration.

View, print, and export visitor reports
The Standard Edition of CardExchange Visitor Management unlocks report and log features within the software, giving you the ability to access, print, and export visitor history reports, pre-booked visitor reports, visitor event logs, and lobby event logs. Plus, with a single click of the mouse, you can generate an on-demand emergency evacuation report listing everyone in the building.

In addition to supporting ID scanners, CardExchange Standard supports Canon cameras, DirectShow webcams, TWAIN image acquisition, and signature capture devices. The software features automatic face recognition and includes an image tools editor. Print to any Windows inkjet or plastic card printer.
