When you pre-register a visitor, he or she receives a barcode to scan upon check-in. Pre-registration saves valuable time, contributes to a better visitor experience, and helps streamline reception operations. The returning visitor lookup feature saves you from having to re-register visitors who have visited your workplace in the past.

Create badges using pre-loaded templates and powerful design tools
Select from a library of pre-defined badge templates or design your own layout using content alignment tools, border object features, text objects, image objects, and more. The software includes a WYSIWYG feature for arranging content fields; what you see on-screen is an exact representation of what your printed card will look like. You can also add graphical enhancements, 1D barcodes, and magnetic stripe encoding.

B=TWAIN-compatible, built-in image capture
Capture visitor ID photos using a TWAIN-compliant Canon camera or DirectShow webcam, then edit within the software using the image tools editor. Upgrade to Standard Edition or Business Edition to unlock advanced capabilities such as automatic face recognition, ID scan features, and biometric template storage.

Visitor blacklist option and on-demand visitor reports
CardExchange Visitor Enter offers a blacklist option for barring designated visitors from re-entry. For maximum security, you can also check incoming visitors against a third party watch-list. The software offers visitor reports documenting active visitors, expired visitors, frequent visitors, and additional data. If you want to be able to register whole groups at a time, or to auto-populate visitor records using an ID scanning device, you can unlock these (and other) features by upgrading to CardExchange Standard. Likewise, if you need SMTP email integration or central networking licensing to implement your program via multiple clients at multiple locations, you can upgrade to CardExchange Business.
