The EPI Suite Replacement USB Hardware Dongle protects your card printing program and controls who has access to your software program. The software will only run when when the dongle is plugged into the USB port on your computer.

A dongle is included with all EPI Suite software. Older versions came with a parallel dongle. Newer versions now come with the USB dongle.

If you upgrade to Windows Vista, 7, or 8 you must use the EPI Suite 11-15-02 USB dongle rather than a parallel dongle.

Note: You will need to return your old parallel dongle before the new USB dongle can be shipped. A bypass code will be sent so that you can continue to use your printer until you receive the new USB dongle.
