Your Satisfaction is Very Important to Us at ID Zone
Our return policy is as liberal as possible, while allowing us to maintain the
lowest guaranteed prices in the Identification industry.
Unwanted/Incorrect Items
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be unopened, unused, like new and factory sealed - with no markings on any original packaging.
- All original packaging, instructions, etc., must be included in the return and undamaged.
- A 10% - 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. This is subject to ID Zone discretion.
Due to the nature of the Identification industry, we are unable to accept the return of some items:
- Opened items, including:
- Cards
- All software*
- Card printers
- Ribbons
- Laminates
- Cleaning supplies
- Special order items
Certain used items that are not listed above may be returned with a restocking fee. Please contact your ID Zone sales rep.
*Note: Software cannot be returned for any reason. Contact the ID Zone Sales team with any pre-sale software questions.
Defective Merchandise (DOA)
If you receive a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact your ID Zone sales
representative to arrange for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as
quickly as possible.
Return Procedures and Guidelines
- Contact your ID Zone sales rep toll free at 800-910-5987 to obtain an ID Zone return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt of product. Please have your order number and company name available; we will need this information to arrange your return.
- Ship the items to the address indicated on the RMA form - unless authorized by ID Zone. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on all return packages. Items returned to any other address will be subject to an additional shipping fee and/or surcharge.
- Items must be received by ID Zone within 10 days of RMA issuance.
- Credit will be issued to the original credit card or account holder after inspection by ID Zone.
Notes:
- For your safety, please use UPS/FedEx/DHL or another insured carrier that offers tracking capability.
- ID Zone is not responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
- Merchandise that arrives at our facility damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
- ID Zone may amend this return policy at any time.
