How the Go Zebra 2012 Trade-In Program Works

Receive a rebate when you trade in your old Zebra or other manufacturer's card printer and purchase a new Zebra card printer or complete Zebra ID system.

Trade-In Program Rules

  1. The program is available only to customers located in the continental US and Canada, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and territories, and the province of Quebec.
  2. Program Dates: Purchase must be completed between January 1, 2012, and December 31, 2012.
  3. Qualifying trade-in printers must be received by Zebra no later than January 25, 2013.
  4. All trade in printers must power up and have a printhead.

Details of Trade-In Claim Process

  1. Purchase one or more qualifying Zebra printers or complete systems from IDZone.com. 
  2. For each new printer, identify one existing printer for trade-in. The printer being traded in must be in working condition (that is, must power-up and have a printhead). 
  3. ID Zone will provide step-by-step instructions on how to send in your trade-in printer to Zebra and an RMA number.
  4. Send your approced trade-in printer(s) to Zebra using the instructions provided.
  5. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time Zebra approves your trade-in for the appropriate credit amount to be applied to your ID Zone account.
