Magicard Prima 3 Uno Printer

The reverse transfer, Magicard Prima 3 Uno printer is an ideal choice for producing top quality, single-sided cards. Cards printed using the reverse transfer printing process feature several advantages over cards printed with standard dye sublimation printers:

• Enhanced wear protection.
• Vibrant print quality and true over-the-edge printing.
• Ability to print on cards with embedded electronics that exhibit bumpy surfaces (e.g., some contactless cards).
• Ability to print on non-PVC cards (e.g., PVH, Polycarbonate, ABS, etc.).

Ease-of-use.
The Magicard Prima 3 Uno printer features a user-friendly graphical printer driver that provides error alerts, auto ribbon detection, auto-cleaning prompts and ribbon status level updates. Its 'smart' LCD panel changes color based on printer status messages, prompts and troubleshooting.

The Prima 3 Uno offers convenient front access for ribbon and card supplies loading. Plus, cards can be added to the drawer while the printer is in production.

Open-ended options to expand as you do.
The Prima 3 Uno is just the beginning of a complete family of reverse transfer printing solutions offered by Magicard, and can easily expand its capabilities as you need it to. You can upgrade at any time for duplex printing (Prima 3 Duo), high speed duplex printing (Prima 3 Duo Plus), or high speed duplex printing with the ability to connect up to seven printers for high volume card production (Prima 3 High Output). Choose from a variety of magnetic stripe and smart card encoding choices. The magnetic stripe encoding is additionally upgradeable any time you need it.

Lamination option to increase card durability and security.
Increase your card life and combat card counterfeiting with the single-sided Magicard Prima 3 In-line Lamination Unit (ILU). This laminator can also be purchased with an optional ILU Turn-Over Unit to perform duplex (or two-sided) lamination.

Unbeatable coverage.
Magicard's UltraCoverPlus warranty provides three years of full printer coverage with a loaner printer service, plus lifetime printhead coverage. This complete warranty package is included as standard when purchasing a Magicard Prima 3 Uno printer.
