The duplex Zebra P630i ID card printer with single side lamination is designed to create secure, durable IDs and safeguard your card printing process from unauthorized persons.

Applying a clear or holographic laminate to your card enhances its life and durability, and makes it more difficult for counterfeiters to tamper with or duplicate it. For additional dimensions of anti-counterfeit protection, you can take advantage of the Zebra P630i ID card printer's covert text and UV printing.

With the Zebra P630i printer, you are also in control of your company's secure card issuance operation through the use of unique features like ID Log software, driver passcode protection and the optional ID key.

ID Log software is a driver utility that builds a user-definable card transactions record. You can upload this record to a central location so it can be accessed by security offices as a means to validate cards against your tamper-proof data.
Driver passcode protection essentially locks the Zebra P630i ID card printer to the computer. If the P630i is connected to an unauthorized host, it will not be able to print. (However, you are able to set up several authorized hosts so that your application can be run over a network.)
ID key is an optional feature that when inserted, your Zebra P630i ID card printer functions normally; when removed, printing is disabled. Remove the key when not in use and your card printer is a highly unattractive theft target.

Available with the Zebra P630i printer are options for Ethernet networking, magnetic stripe encoding and smart card personalization. It can also be equipped with a barcode scanner and/or the Zebra ID key feature that prevents unauthorized printer use.
