The Fargo DTC400e system is simple to operate and virtually maintenance-free. Plus, the DTC400e's modular design scales easily as your future card personalization needs expand, so that you won't have to invest in any other card printer.

Ready to produce excellent results on a variety of card materials.
The new DTC400e printers feature color printing enhancements that produce sharp text, and images that look truly photographic. The Fargo DTC400e produces these excellent results on a range of card materials and thicknesses, including thin cards, rewritable cards, technology cards (e.g., magnetic stripe cards, smart cards, etc.), and tamper-resistant Fargo security cards.

Simple operation and virtually maintenance-free.
The Fargo DTC400e system features an 'all-in-one' cartridge that combines the ribbon and cleaning roller into a single, convenient assembly—saving you both time and the hassle of torn, wasted ribbons and separate card cleaning mechanisms. The Fargo DTC400e also confirms that you've have installed the correct ribbon cartridge and will alert you if you haven't.

The integrated cleaning roller cleans each card before it it comes in contact with the printhead, performing a key step in protecting your printhead and maintaining high quality results.



Unlike other printers that communicate with confusing, blinking LED lights, the Fargo DTC400e features a 'smart' LCD control panel. Its clear display offers easy-to-understand prompts and commands, so you’ll always know the status of your print job.



Optional Ethernet connectivity.
Share your printer among your entire work group by selecting the optional Ethernet with internal print server model when ordering your Fargo DTC400e system. By networking your card printing application across your various departments or locations, you can increase the efficient use of your printer.
