Fargo HDP Films - Beautiful Results on All Card Types Fargo HDP film is used specifically for the reverse transfer, or high definition printing, process. This process involves the printing of full color images onto the Fargo HDP film which is then fused to the card through heat and pressure via a heated roller. Fargo HDP film enhances card durability and consistently produces the best card color available - even on tough-to-print matte-finished cards, and cards with uneven surfaces (proximity cards, smart cards, etc.).
