- Dye sublimation: The dye sublimation process uses heat to transfer dye to the lanyard fabric. This process produces the best results for designs requiring intricate detail and multiple colors.
- Silk screen: Silk screen printing is a stencil process in which ink is forced through the meshes of a screen onto to the lanyard fabric. Silk screen custom lanyards are ideal for simple
text and logos, and are used most commonly in budget-conscious projects.
- Woven: Woven-in printing is woven right in to the lanyard fabric, providing for an extremely durable finish. Woven custom lanyards are offered in packs of 1000 and are therefore a perfect choice for large projects.
