Trade-In Process

1. Confirm trade-in rebate value and validity of trade-in printer with your ID Zone ID Expert at 800-910-5987.
2. Purchase a qualifying printer.
3. Your ID Zone ID Expert will ask for make, model, serial number of current printer, and verify inclusion of printhead and circuit board.
4. Your ID Zone ID Expert will email an RMA number and return-to address.
5. You will ship trade-in printer-freight pre-paid-to destination indicated.
6. NiSCA will inspect validity of trade-in printer.
7. Once approved, your ID Zone ID Expert will contact you to finalize your trade-in rebate.
