Boasting high print speeds and photo-quality images, the Zebra ZXP Series 8 dual-sided printer is an ideal for creating durable, multi-function cards. Its modular design also allows you to add encoding options as you need them.

• Use advanced management tools
  The Zebra ZXP Series 8 dual-sided printer uses Zerba's new XML based software language called ZMotif to provide a complete management system for advanced driver configuration. These driver and management utility tools allow easy setup and faster deployment. Management features include password protection, print logging, configuration save and restore, and a selection of test cards. With the availability of both USB and Ethernet interfaces and its Microsoft® Windows® certified drivers, it can easily integrate into local or networked systems.


• Operate and maintain your printer with ease
  The ZXP Series 8 dual-sided card printer's 21-character LCD operator control panel guides the user through each print job. The printer also includes a single-card feeder, a 150 card input hopper, a 15-card reject hopper, and easy access to print media.


• Achieve high quality results with retransfer printing technology
  The Zebra ZXP Series 8 uses retransfer printing technology. With this, the card image is printed on a retransfer film that is then applied to the card. Not only does this technology produce the highest quality results, it also makes the cards more durable and resistant to fraud because it easily shows evidence of card tampering.

Customize your printer to your needs with:

• Enclosure lock - Optional
  To prevent unauthorized use of your printer and supplies, the ZXP Series 8 can be ordered with an optional lockable enclosure and card feeder. In addition, it includes a Kensington® lock slot.


• Card encoding - Optional
  The Zebra ZXP 8 offers a variety of encoding options, including magnetic stripe encoder, smart card contact, and contactless encoders. (Add this feature to your printer within Options)


• Ethernet-to-USB device server - Optional
  Now you can encode your contact and contactless smart cards remotely on your Zebra Series 8 printer. With the use of the ZBR-PS300 Ethernet-to-USB device server and Zebra's ZMotif SDK software, a fast connection is created between your printer and the Ethernet connection. The ZBR-PS300 is easy-to-use and compact; simply plug it into your ZXP Series 8 printer. (Add the Ethernet-to-USB device server to your printer within Options)


• Wireless connectivity - Optional
  The Zebra Series 8 is the only printer to offer you the convenient and secure option of wireless connectivity. Wireless card printer connectivity allows greater mobility and simplifies printer integration. No more dealing with messy, costly cables that limit where your card printer can be located. Print cards from anywhere in your facility with wireless connectivity! The wireless option supports both 802.11b and 802.11g networks, along with a wide range of security standards and protocols, including advanced Wi-Fi protected access WPA/WPA2 standards and Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP). • Extended warranty and printer loaner plans - Optional
  technical support team. Our extended warranty plans include support via a toll-free number or live chat, total parts replacement plus labor, and fast turn-around on printer repairs. In the event your printer needs to be sent to us for repair, our loaner plans help ensure your card printing can continue.
