With its versatile, modern design and powerful printing capabilities, the Evolis Quantum 2 dual-sided printer is an ideal printer for high-volume card printing applications.

• Customize your encoding needs
  The Evolis Quantum 2 printer is ideal for organization with evolving card printing needs. With its exclusive detachable and reversible encoding unit, the Quantum 2 plastic card printer is highly customizable. The encoding unit combines magnetic stripe and smart card (contact and contactless) encoders in a single unit, allowing you to print and encode your cards in one swift motion. Plus, the smart chip encoder can be added anytime!


• Print high quality cards - fast!
  The Quantum 2 plastic card printer has two detachable card hoppers with a whopping 500 card capacity. This combined with the Evolis Quantum 2's fast print engine allows you to product 1,000 monochrome cards per hour and more than 150 full color cards per hour.


• Operate and maintain your printer with ease
  The Evolis Quantum 2 is a reliable and easy-to-use printer. The 2-line LCD and status LED light display guide your through the printing process. Plus, the airtight metal exterior and top and bottom dual cleaning rollers protect the printer, making it easy to maintain.

Customize your printer to your needs with:

• Card encoding - Optional
  With the connecting board, you can easily add your own encoder to the Evolis Quantum 2. Magnetic stripe and smart card encoding come standard. (Add encoding options to your printer within the Options tab or contact an ID Expert at (800) 910-5987.)


• Extended warranty and printer loaner plans - Optional
  ID Zone offers extended warranty plans with satisfaction-guaranteed service handled by our in-house, knowledgeable technical support team. Our extended warranty plans include support via a toll-free number or live chat, total parts replacement plus labor, and fast turn-around on printer repairs. In the event your printer needs to be sent to us for repair, our loaner plans help ensure your card printing can continue. With printer loaner coverage, we'll send you a loaner printer to use while yours is in for repair. (Select an extended warranty with or without loaner coverage in Options)


• Card printer training - Optional
  A training session with our in-house Technical Support team will get your new Evolis Quantum 2 card printer up and running in no time.
