This optional module integrates seamlessly with the Jolly Lobby Track Premier Edition and incorporates cutting edge web technologies to provide an interface that's simple to use for all.

• Install and configure in no time
  Installation and configuration takes only minutes. The Jolly Lobby Track Online Registration module does not take up much server space, and can generally be run on your existing system.

• Manage past, present and future visits
  Users log in to their intranet site and complete a simple form that includes the visitor's information and planned visit date. Once submitted, the visit can either go through a configurable approval process or be automatically approved. Submissions are visible to all networked Jolly Lobby Track Premier users in the company. Users can additionally view their upcoming visitor schedule by logging in to the designated intranet site. Future visits can be modified for managerial approval. Details of past visits are also visible, but cannot be modified.


• Create an approval process
  With the Jolly Lobby Track Online Registration module, you can configure the visit request approval process the way you want it. Set it up to consist of multiple levels of supervisor approval, or simply use an automatic, immediate approval. Managers can receive an email notification when a visit has been submitted for their approval, and the host can receive a confirmation when the visit is approved or denied. Additionally, Lobby Track can automatically send an email that notifies the user of their visitor arrival.
