EDIsecure DIK10532 ILM-DS Dual-Sided In-line Lamination Module

The EDIsecure ILM-DS DIK10532 has been designed to meet the demanding needs of modern ID card programs. Taking advantage of a unique "portrait" method to laminate ID cards allows the ILM-DS dual-sided laminator to acheive speeds of up to 16 seconds per card (per side).

The ILM-DS laminator is designed for use by the DCP360+, XID 9300, and the XID 9330 retransfer printers. The printer simply attaches to the printer using a mounting plate designed to connect between the DIK10532 laminator and your ID card printer. After the printer and laminator have been mounted together the laminator is connected via a simple cable.

The EDIsecure DIK10532 features a front loading system that makes it easy to access the lamination foils for maintenaince. The laminator also uses high capacity foils to reduce the frequency of media changes. Because the laminator utilizes a simultaneous dual-sided lamination, different types of laminates can be loaded into the top and bottom feeders. This allows you to use a combination of different laminates on the same card. In addition, the laminator features a simple to use front panel LCD screen with buttons for easy adjustments to the laminators parameters.
