Fargo DTC4000 & DTC4500 card printers feature an easy field upgrade to HID prox card encoding, iCLASS & MIFARE contactless encoding and contact smart card encoding. The Fargo 47706 encoder includes simple-to-read/follow instructions.

The field upgradeable Fargo HID prox card, contactless and contact smart card encoding module is compatible with all DTC4000 & DTC4500 series card printers.

Note: Your card printer serial number is requested to verify fit (please see the Options tab). Locate your card printer serial number on the back of the printer.
