HID iClass 212X Prox cards offer the technology that can be used in a wide range of applications such as access control, biometrics, cashless vending, public transportation, and custom loyalty programs.

Designed to make access control more powerful, versatile, and secure, the iClass 212X multi-technology contactless smart chip and proximity cards allow for multiple, securely separated files. The base model formats, 2120, 2121, 2122, 2123 and 2124, are made of highly durable composite PVC/PET material and meet the strict ISO standards for thickness. Composite cards are more durable than standard PVC cards and are resistant to breaking and cracking. Additionally, PVC/PET composite cards are recommended when using a reverse transfer printer or are laminating the cards.

The iClass card line 212X combine 125kHz prox technology with 13.56MHz contactless read/write smart card technology with the ability to add a magnetic stripe, barcode, and anti-counterfeiting features (custom artwork or a photo ID). These features allow the iClass 212X cards to expand and grow with future needs and/or changes.
